Electronic Nominations Process

ABOUT THE ONLINE NOMINATIONS PROCESS

 

In order to increase the participation in and efficiency of the nominations and evaluations process, the Nomination Committee will continue with a paperless nomination and evaluation process, starting with the Call for Nominations for District Secretary, Nominations Committee, Constitution Committee, Synod Committee for Convention Nominations, and Board of Regents (Seward). The nominations process for these positions opens on July 15, 2020 and closes on October 11, 2020.

In order to maintain the integrity of the second part of the nominations process, all nominations for District President, District Vice-Presidents, and District Board of Directors will continue to utilize paper forms and require signatures. Those forms will be sent directly to congregations in the fall and should be returned to the District Secretary no later than January 31, 2021. (Please return your ballot to: Rev.
